Vita
Salah Al-Darraji studierte Computer Science und erwarb seinen Master in informatik an der Universität von Basrah (Irak). Seine Master-Arbeit trug den Titel "An Online Automatic Arabic Document Reader". Nach dem Erreichen des Master-Abschlusses arbeitete er drei Jahre als Dozent an der ZPU (Jordanien) und danach an der Universität von Basrah.
Im Jahr 2011 erhielt er das Stipendium des MoHESR (Irak) - DAAD-Kooperationsprogramms zur Promotion im Robotics Research Lab der Universität Kaiserslautern. Während seiner Promotion, seinen Fokus war auf der nonverbalen Kommunikation mit dem humanoiden Roboter. Er promovierte im Jahr 2016.
